Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases of dataset licenses and data collection services offered at inhandplus.com/data by InHandPlus Inc.(인핸드플러스 주식회사), a corporation registered in the Republic of Korea (“InHandPlus”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We sell licenses to machine-learning training datasets (first-person video and motion-sensor recordings of everyday hand tasks, collected from consented participants), and custom data collection services. Products are delivered digitally as download links or private repository access. We do not sell physical goods.

2. License

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchases include a commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dataset for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating machine-learning models, including models used commercially. Redistribution, resale, or public re-hosting of the raw data is not permitted. Attempting to re-identify participants is prohibited. A signed license document accompanies each delivery; if it conflicts with these Terms, the license document prevails.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are listed in USD and KRW. Payment is made by invoice (card via PayPal, or bank transfer; Korean corporate buyers may request a tax invoice) or through an online checkout where available. An order is confirmed when payment is received in full.

4. Delivery

Digital delivery (download link or private repository invitation) is made within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Custom collection timelines are stated in the corresponding quote.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The datasets remain the property of InHandPlus. Models trained on licensed data belong to the buyer, as set out in the license document. Trademarks and site content are the property of their respective owners.

7. Warranties and liability

Datasets are provided with published, measured specifications and known limitations stated on the product page. Beyond replacement or refund for material defects, datasets are provided “as is”, and we do not warrant fitness for a particular model or research outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the product concerned.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
