Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence — and we also sell data, which cannot be “returned” once downloaded. This policy balances both.

1. Before you download — 30-day money-back guarantee

You may cancel any dataset purchase for a full refund within 30 days of payment, provided the download link has not been used and repository access has not been exercised. No questions asked.

2. After you download — defect guarantee

Once the dataset has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are available for material defects reported within 30 days of delivery: corrupted or unreadable files, or content materially different from the published specification (episode count, modalities, format). We will first offer a corrected replacement; if we cannot remedy the defect, we will refund in full.

Why this distinction: a dataset is copied the moment it is downloaded. We publish measured specifications and a free evaluation sample precisely so you can verify fit before purchasing.

3. Custom collection

Custom collection orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before collection begins. After delivery, the defect guarantee in Section 2 applies against the agreed specification.

4. Effect of a refund

Upon refund, the associated license terminates immediately. You must delete all copies of the dataset, and continued use of the data in any form is prohibited.

5. How to request a refund

Email biz@inhandplus.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
