This policy describes how InHandPlus Inc. (인핸드플러스 주식회사) handles personal information in connection with the dataset service at inhandplus.com/data. It is governed by the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

1. What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect: name, e-mail address, organization (optional), your message, and the referral source of your visit. When you purchase, payment is processed by our payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Paddle) — we never receive or store your card number.

2. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, issue invoices, deliver purchased products, and maintain records required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing without consent.

3. Storage and retention

Inquiry data is stored on our website infrastructure, which may be hosted on cloud services located outside Korea. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by applicable law, then delete it.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing biz@inhandplus.com.

5. About the datasets we sell

The datasets offered on this site are collected in dedicated sessions from participants who provided written consent, including to commercial redistribution. Datasets are identified by device serial numbers only and contain no names, no faces intended for capture, and no personal records. They include no patient data and no data from our healthcare products. Attempting to re-identify participants is prohibited by the license terms.
